OJSC "Abakanvagonmash"
Abakanvagonmash is the largest enterprise of machine-building industry of Russia, which is specialized in production of special-purpose flat cars and large-capacity containers. Equipped with high-capacity machinery the enterprise was founded in 1975 and develops in accordance with modern achievements of scientific progress. Design capacity is 2 000 special-purpose flat cars and 40000 general-purpose and special-purpose containers a year. At present time the reconstruction of enterprise is carried out to master the production of 2000 flat cars for transportation of containers, wheeled equipment and cars with semitrailers and 5000 bogies for freight cars.
For the years of work about 26400 special-purpose flat cars, including about 400 flat cars for export and 400 000 special-purpose and large-capacity containers were manufactured by enterprise.
For many years OJSC "Abakanvagonmash" is the supplier of production for Ministry of Railways, Ministry of Defense, Ministry of Extreme Emergency Situations and large Russian enterprises: OJSC "Norilsky Nikel", "Severstal" "Toljatti - azot", "Almazy SAHA - Rossii".The enterprise's production is operated in 16 countries, among which Germany, Netherlands, Norway, Finland, Belgium are excelled on purchase volume.

Special-purpose flat cars are certified by the Railroad Transport Certifying Register (RS FZhT).
Special-purpose and general-purpose containers are certified by Russian maritime register of shipping.
